Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing.
Is my trading data secure?
Yes. CloudSync uses a revocable API key and does not require broker credentials. If you choose Investor-Login Sync, your submitted MT5 password is encrypted before storage, never returned by our APIs, and used only by the managed connection service. We recommend an investor password for read-only access.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact support for a full refund.
